1. Subscription Services

HEJhub offers paid subscription services that enhance contractor listing visibility, positioning, and platform features. Subscription tiers may vary and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Milk and Hunni LLC.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewal using your selected payment method unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of subscription benefits.

4. No Performance Guarantee

HEJhub does not guarantee contract awards, lead generation, increased revenue, or procurement success. Subscription services provide visibility only.

5. Listing Accuracy Responsibility

Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring that all listing information, certifications, and compliance claims are accurate, current, and lawful.

6. Suspension & Termination

HEJhub reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions for violations of Terms, misrepresentation, or misuse of the platform without liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milk and Hunni LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of contracts, debarment, or regulatory penalties. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber in the previous 12 months.

8. Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania under the Federal Arbitration Act. Users waive rights to jury trials and class actions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
